Tokyo Sushi

I have eaten at many sushi restaurants in my time and this small and intimate place is friendly and the service is only outmatched by the quality of their seafood. I cannot say enough about this restaurant and we have dined her several times and is our go to place in Marion County.

We went there for my daughter's birthday I was so worried that they were not going to survive the covid-19 they are back up and running I am so happy because this place is amazing!!❤️I have been in there about ten times maybe more and they have not disappointed they've always go above and beyond ❤️❤️👏👏👏

Stopped in today when I realized that this wasn't the same Japanese place that was there last time I looked. I gave it a try and I'm glad I did! I got a maki special - included 2 rolls of my choice (I went Philadelphia and Alaska), soup and a salad. The soup (clear) was probably the best of its kind I've had in town. The salad is same as everywhere else, but the dressing is a tad different. Still good, but not the same ginger punch you get elsewhere. The rolls were very good (fish was fresh and mild) - I'll definitely branch out to something more exciting when I can dine in. They packaged the lunch great for takeout. It made it back to the office with very little incident.

Saved by Tokyo Sushi! So nice to be able to have a real restaurant meal via takeout. Quick, hot and absolutely delicious. Can't wait to go when they can reopen and do live hibachi, but the takeout was 5 stars.

This place is super friendly. You feel like family. I eat the same thing so when I come thru the door they are ready for me. We try to eat there once a week and have never had a bad meal or service.

Great food very nice place the staff. Are very friendly also quite welcoming. The prices are extremely reasonable. Better then other Japanese steak houses around here. And the sushi is amazing I highly recommend. You try this place as soon as you can.

Yummy. The restaurant is clean and has a nice quiet atmosphere. It might be a little pricey but you pay for quality.

I was genuinely expecting the run of the mill stuff from this place, especially given the average*, inexpensive menu. But I was genuinely blown away by the quality of the sushi and the food. This place has definitely raised my standard of judgement for these types of hibachi/sushi places. * There are some unique things on the menu, so not fair to say it's completely average.

We have had lunch here about 6 times now and the food is always delicious. Specially the soup! Omg it’s the best in town 😋. Not far from I-75 if you are traveling.

I loved Tony’s until I ate at Tokyo Sushi. It has the best sushi and food. I couldn’t help but say “mmmm” after every bite. I can’t wait to come back and to tell others. You have to try it! It’s amazing!

Got our first carry out order and it's delicious! Comes with a side salad and soup. Such a lovely place and everyone is so friendly. You just have to try it!

Always a great stop for dinner, only took two trips and the server already knows our order. The owner is very friendly and attentive to your needs.

Love it the food is great mad the price is affordable too. I went for dinner with my niece and got the dragon rool which was amazing and some chicken udon. As well as some desert which my niece sweats was delicious. I had a bite of the desert and it was great.

Absolutely fantastic! Great sushi. The staff are super friendly. A must go to place, you won't regret it. Blows away all other sushi restaurants in Ocala and I've lived here for 56yrs.
